Things are tense at the beach house and Chloe’s shocked with Joey tells her about the wedding. When she starts to side with Jesse, Selina tells her to shut up and then Irene has another go. Steven arrives and they go down to the Diner.
At the Ross house, Sally’s written a letter to Tim and goes off to post it. Justine’s still down about her looks and talks to Tiegan about it, who then discusses it with Joey later, down on the beach. When they go to the Diner later, they join Justine, who’s being eyed by some fellow in the background. Justine bumps into the guy later on, down on the beach and starts chatting to him.
Sally goes down to the Diner, where Jesse is eating with Lachie but when Selina and Steven arrive, he loses his appetite. As he leaves, Sally asks if he would like to accompany her to the Awards Ceremony. She’s embarrassed, when he tells her to find another sucker and storms out, prompting Steven to tell Selina, that she must talk to him. When Chloe comes in, Sally tells her about the incident and she blames Selina for his attitude towards woman. Lachie comes over and Sally makes herself scarce.
Sally returns home and is not impressed when Bert announces he’ll take her to the Awards Ceremony. Her reaction upsets him, as she rushes upstairs but she apologises to him later and as she’s agreeing to go with him, Tim arrives. Bert’s disappointed but he stands down and before Tim and Sally go, Pippa takes a photo for the family album.
Selina finds Jesse out on the rocks and tries to explain why she couldn’t tell him but he won’t listen. As far as he’s concerned, she never loved him because she never stopped loving Steven and that really hurts. She meets Steven by the beach and tells him how bad her meeting went with Jesse. They then talk about their honeymoon but when he says their going to Bali, she tells him she can’t go because she’s afraid of flying.
Chloe takes Justine home and gives her a make-over. She removes all the unsightly rings and replaces the ring in her nose with a quaint stud and picks out a dress for her. She looks so stunning, that when Joey sees her, his comments upset Tiegan, who calls him a hypocrite and storms out. When Chloe and Justine return to the Diner, the bloke Justine fancied, comes over and asks her out but she turns him down.
When Irene and Pippa talk in the Diner, Pippa makes her realise she’s wrong to try and make decisions for Selina. So, Irene goes home and makes up with her and agrees to go to the wedding.
Sally and Tim return home after a successful night out at the Awards Ceremony and Sally asks Pop (Bert) to dance with him because Tim has two left feet.
It ends with Pippa and Tim looking on, as Bert and Sally do the Waltz, in the living room. Ah!
