At the altar, Roo could not marry Frank and ran away
from the altar: she said she could not marry him, as the baby is not
his before running out of the church. Frank was shocked and ran off;
he drove away, only to end up crashing the car. Bobby ran to his aid.

They got married but had problems. A reporter was harassing
them about Morag being her mother. Ailsa gave them tickets to Singapore
for a week. When they came back, Nicholas (Macklin Development Company)
rang asking Frank to work overtime; he gave Frank loads of work so as
to cause a break up between Frank and Bobby to make Morag happy. Frank
later told them to stuff it. Their marriage was short lived when Frank
left the Bay.

Pippa and Michael

Pippa had lost her husband Tom and was not ready for
marriage. She was also feeling guilty when she was seeing Michael. However,
Michael persisted her and they got married in the fletchers in 1991.
Ben was on AWOL to attend the wedding and the soldiers came back for
him. After persuasion, they agreed to let Ben stay for the wedding.

Carly and Ben

Ben was in the army. Carly met him when he called into
the Fletchers. They loved each other but had problems. They disagreed
with the location of the wedding; Ben wanted the wedding to be in Perth
and Pippa and Tom wanted the wedding in Summer Bay. Carly tried to persuade
Ben to change the location. Ben gave her an ultimatum - get married
in Perth or the wedding is off; Carly threw her wedding ring. Their
wedding was never shown but they got married.

Greg and Bobby

Bobby and Greg got married with Greg's child Sam who
Bobby fostered when she found him. Bobby and Greg got married they were
happy together, until Greg cheated on Bobby when he had an affair with
Fiona. Then in the future they sorted things out but there future wasn't
happy when Bobby died in a boat accident everyone blamed Adam Cameron
for her death.

Fisher and Marilyn

No one ever thought they would have a relationship or
a marriage. They defied convention and got married in 1996/97. The marriage
was not always smooth as Marilyn ran out twice, and after the last one
in 2000, she never returned.

Steven and Selina
|

|
Their marriage was about to take place: Selina was on
her way to the church but was diverted. Steven was left waiting for
her. The driver was her enemy - Saul. He captured her for a few weeks.
After her return, Selina decided not to go ahead with the marriage after
some thinking. However, a year or so later, Selina was sick in England
and Irene brought Steven with her as a surprise for her. Selina and
Steven agreed to marry; their second wedding was never shown.

Shane and Angel

Alf knocked down Angel as she was crossing the road.
Shane was worried about the wedding. Angel was determined that the wedding
goes ahead. Angel was in a wheelchair and tried walking for the first
time since being knocked down, but at the end everything turned out
fine they both got married (who would think those two would ever tie
the knot).

Irene and Ken

|
They were to marry in 2000. Ken was working away in
the garage while Shelley was helping fix Irene's wedding dress. Will
was with him but left for a while and the car jack gave way causing
his death. Irene was in her wedding dress when Joel called to give her
bad news.

Alf and Ailsa

|
Alf and Ailsa agreed not to marry yet. When Ailsa discovered
that she could not foster Bobby unless she was married, she changed
her mind, and persuaded Alf to get married. They got married in a registry
office. When they returned, Celia and Roo were shocked to hear this.
Roo was against this, as she hated her. Alf and Ailsa are still married
to this day, and have stuck together, despite numerous problems. They
are the only longest married couple in Summer Bay who got married since
1988.

Jesse and Kylie

To Rachel's delight, her parents are to marry. The wedding
took place on a cliff but did not finish. The police were present, waiting
for Kylie. Rather than feeling their presence during the wedding, she
gave herself up for arrest.

Travis and Rebecca

|
They asked everyone to turn up at the beach on a certain
day without telling anyone of their plans to marry. Everyone turned
up dressed for the event, but they worked it out anyway. They got married.

Sally and Kieran
|
| Their wedding took place in 2000, but Gypsy interrupted
the wedding: she had to tell them about Kieran running after her. Sally
ran out and was hurt. She demanded the truth from Kieran. They did not
get married. |
