Kirsty Sutherland - Christie Hayes

Kirsty is Jade’s older twin, she is a keen runner. Since arriving, Kirsty has grown from a child to a teenager along with her twin, she has got herself in troublesome times after being involved with drugs and stealing. Kirsty likes to be independent from her twin but also couldn’t bear to be without her; as we found out when she was offered a chance to go to the school of her dreams but turned it down; her loyalty also shone through when her sister was caught in a mudslide she was determined to keep looking and wouldn’t give up, Kirsty also helped Jade through her bulimia. Kirsty is stubborn, caring; rebellious and strong-minded.

Love life

Shortly after arriving at the Bay, Kirsty fell for the cute Nick Smith, their relationship ended after Jade and Nick got together, Kirsty then moved onto Seb, Fisher's grandson, it was then Kirsty began to take drugs and leave school.
