Vinnie is duped by his dad!
The V-man was wrong when he thought that his dad had
turned over a new leaf.
Vinnie wasn't to happy when his dad turned up in the Bay,
because Ralph had left the V-man and his mum to fend for
themselves. He'd also gone bankrupt! But that was years
ago, now is Ralph assuring Vinnie that he's a new man, and
that all his business dealings were legit! Vinnie was quick
to believe his dad
maybe to quick!
So Ralph asked the V-man to sign some papers to become
a director in his new business, except Vinnie found out
pretty quickly that his new business is as shonky as all
of Ralph's other business. Now he's worried that he may
turn out to be just like his dad. After all, he has been
a bit of a con man in the past!
But after confronting his dad, who claims that everything,
is above board, Vinnie starts his own investigations. Then
he finds out that Ralph is still crooked! Vinnie can't believe
that this man is his flesh and blood. But then it gets worse
Ralph, not Fisher, is the one who promised Vinnie $50.000
if he finishes his HSC. That means that all this time the
V-man has been working to get his hands on tainted cash!
And when Vinnie finds out that he's also duping some Summer
Bay locals, he starts to put things right
